Overview
Add street level location awareness to contacts directly through 23shout, you can embed maps and addresses to scripts, search updated places, and view nearby attractions to contacts.
Calls can be filtered so certain agents will receive calls both inbound and outbound to geographic regions, e.g. have a manager own certain cities or suburbs.
In addition, inbound lines be setup to route contacts from certain areas to other queues, preventing mistake international dial ins.
Where locations haven't been set, 23shout will approximate the contacts location the best it can based off their phone number. At best this yields city level accuracy, and at worst country level.
